As a small restaurant team, we don’t always have time to answer the phone. Instead, we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions, in hopes of providing you with immediate assistance. For any questions that are not answered below, please feel free to email us at questions@qhousedenver.com.

What does "modern Chinese cuisine" mean?

We consider "traditional" Chinese to be dishes served as you would find them in their native regions of China, typically with individual bowls of white rice for every guest. At Q House, we update these regional dishes to fit our modern service style of smaller, shareable bites.

Do you offer takeout or delivery?

We only offer pick-up orders at this time. Please place your order through our online system or in-person at the restaurant. Most orders can be filled in 15-20 minutes, depending on volume of requests.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies? Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?

We always try our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Many of our dishes can be made vegetarian or vegan—please ask your server for recommendations!

FOUR

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We sell physical gift cards. You can buy them in person at the restaurant or email questions@qhousedenver.com to arrange a gift card pick-up. If you’d like a card mailed to you or someone else, please call us at 720.729.8887 and leave a voicemail with details and we’ll get back to you!

How do I reserve for a large party or inquire about a private event?

Please email us directly at questions@qhousedenver.com for large party reservations or to inquire about a full restaurant buy-out.

Are you open on major holidays?

We are closed each year on July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Any additional closures will be announced on social media.

SEVEN

Can I bring my own wine (BYOB)? Do you charge a corkage fee?

Colorado law does not allow guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages.

EIGHT

Do you have onsite or valet parking?

We do not offer valet parking or have a dedicated lot. Street parking is readily available on Colfax Ave, as well as nearby side streets.
